“I’ve waited many years to buy myself an iron pan and was set on one or two brands as the only ones to consider, but then I discovered Aus-ion and what a discovery they are! I was skeptical that even once I followed the seasoning protocol that food would stick – but no. These pans are amazing. Lighter than cast iron but superbly crafted with brilliant attention to detail, and nicely packaged. They are just “proper”. They do what Aus-ion say they do, with ease and not only do they cook evenly and effortlessly, but cleaning them is simple – just run under a warm tap with a stiff brush, re-heat and re-oil them and done.
